Meditate

Align
Slower pace, longer holds. Focuses on classic postures and correct alignment in the body. Blocks and straps used to access postures for ultimate support and stability. Excellent for deeper understanding of the mechanics of each pose and how to access them properly given one's individual body type and capability.
Restore
Deepest stretching with long holds of restorative poses. Block, straps, bolsters used to facilitate ease and very gentle and slow pace, good for all of us. Sometimes we need a break and some extra love and attention. Great choice for those reovering from injury and/or illness.
Nourish
